Mesa Pool Service Pros (“we”, “us”) is operated by WP Mantis LLC, doing business as Lead Gen Zoo. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us at (480) 788-5344, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who we are
We are a referral service, not a pool service company. When you ask for help, we pass your request to an independent local service provider in or near Mesa, AZ, who contacts you directly. Providers pay us for the requests we send them. Requesting help through this site is free.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you need and anything you write in the request form.
- Calls and texts. When you call (480) 788-5344 (or text it, where texting is offered), your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the messages you send. Calls may be recorded so we can confirm they reached a provider and check quality.
- What your browser sends. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that sent you here and similar usage details, collected with cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To send your request to a provider who can help, so they can contact you about it.
- To confirm requests reached a provider and resolve any questions about them.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, including testing different page layouts.
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- A local service provider. We share your request and contact details with an independent provider so they can help with the job you asked about. Once they have it, the provider handles your information under its own privacy practices.
- Companies that run the site for us. Hosting, email delivery, call routing and analytics providers (such as Usermaven) process information on our behalf.
- When the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of this business.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it for unrelated marketing. Because providers pay us for the requests we send them, passing your request to a provider may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws. We only pass it on for the request you made.
Calls and texts from providers
When you submit a request or call us, you agree that a provider may contact you about that request by phone, text or email, including by automated means. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or email [email protected] and we will ask the provider to stop contacting you.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and to remember which page layout you saw (the lg_layout cookie, kept for 30 days). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of us passing your information to providers, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or Virginia), you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to appeal a decision about your request. We will need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. If a provider already has your information, contact them as well, since we cannot delete their copy.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and call records only as long as we need them to deliver and confirm requests, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements, then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
